Pricing & Policy

We, at Green Mangos Catering, look forward to serving you. We thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day and will take great care to ensure that your event is a success.

All food is based on a per-person rate, which excludes tax and any service charges. Prices do not include any rental items (glasses, tables, linens, chairs, etc).

Onsite service rates vary with the level of service desired. One server for every 15 - 20 guests is required for a sit-down event, and one server for every 35 - 40 guests for a buffet. Based on menu selections, an onsite chef may also be required. There is a $35 delivery and set up charge for drop-off catering.  There is a $20 delivery charge for Deluxe Box Lunches.

A non-refundable "save the date" deposit of $250 is required. This insures that Green Mangos Catering and our clients have the day reserved. A 50% down payment is due upon signing a contract with the balance due the day of the event. A final count is required seven business days prior to the event. In the event a final guest count isn't received, the original guest number will be applied.

The base prices may increase, depending on specific menu selection. For parties of 25 or fewer, a small-group fee of $50 will apply.

Dessert Buffet $6 +
Deluxe Box Lunches $9 +
For sit-down events, add per person $2
Beverages (coffee, soda, bottled water, tea) $1.25

State and local sales tax will be applied to the total bill. A 10% administrative fee is applied to food & beverage portion only.
